    1790 (Oct 9): Entire letter from Carlshamm / Karlshamn, Sweden to Dunkirk, with superb strike of scarce large DE HOLANDE exchange handstamp in black (Van der Linden fig. 946) struck at Maseyck, with manuscript '14' sols rate; together with a 1795 entire from Hamburg to Bordeaux with the 'DE' now erased and reading HOLANDE, well struck in black (Van der Linden fig. 1717) and rated '12' sols.
