    1869 (Feb 17): Double rate Insured Envelope from Venice to Sissek / Sisak, Croatia under Austrian rule, endorsed "Assicurata Italiane Lire 2'000", bearing 1863 DLR 2 l. light scarlet, three single examples in combination with a single example of 1866 Torino printing 10 c. yellow-ochre, four fine and fresh adhesives, each tied by clear "VENEZIA 17 FEB 69" despatch cds, ASSICURATO and "P.D." handstamps in black alongside. Reverse with Udine and Görz transit cds's of the same day. Cover with minor wear and tear, but a correct franking of utmost rarity, in addition an extremely rare value letter sent abroad. Signed A.
