    Mexico City 1868: Thick Figures 50 c. black on yellow (1-70), perf., a used example on 1870 entire letter to France tied by "FRANCO / MEXICO" cds (June 11), with octagonal "VERA CRUZ / PAQ. FR. B No. 2" datestamp (Jue 13) alongside (Salles fig. 1437) and carried on the "Guadeloupe" to St. Nazaire, with Albas arrival on reverse (July 8) and charged '10' décimes in black. A scarce entire.
