    Colonial 1803 (Aug 26): Registered prepaid cover from Lima to Huamanga, with seven # at edges denoting registration, struck with "CERTIFICACION / A. LIMA" and straight line "FRANCA" in red. Reverse with rating (Post 13½ and registration 8 reales = 21½ reales) and docketing of safe receipt as per regulations. Scarce and most attractive cover.
