    Indian Post Office 1873: India ½ a. blue used on reverse of 1884 cover from Kathmandu to Motahari tied by fine strike of "D" in bars obliterator in black. "NEPAL" despatch cds at left (April 19) and "Motaharee" arrival alongside (April 21). Scarce and attractive usage.
