    1852: Carta a mano 15 c. rosso in a vibrant shade, with large parts of the left stamp while large parts of the stamp at right are missing, fair to good margins at top and base, a fresh example tied by two line "PERAROLO / 18 SET." (1854) datestamp (strike slightly enhanced at left) to entire letter directed to Ceneda. A most attractive item from the Habsburg collection, presumably a case of fraud of the postal system, where nine stamps were cut from a horizontal strip of eight. Cert. Ferchenbauer (2017).
