PROTECTORATE circular datestamps (Sept 3) with registration cachet below, stamps also tied by Aden-Bombay oval registration cachet. Reverse with "Foreign Registration Dept. Mombasa" transit cds (Sept 4), Bombay cds (Sept 17) and Port-Blair arrival cds (Sept 29). A remarkable destination and most unusual.
