    1926: 4c blue, postage due, horizontal pair with gutter margin on letter from TIENTSIN to SHANGHAI. The 4c franking on the reverse was not accepted as fiscal staps were used, therefore an unusual locally produced postage due cachet was applied. In SHANGHAI the postage due stamps were applied and cancelled. Attractive and rare letter with only minor traces of wear.
