    1860: Granadine Confederation, 5 c. lilac, stone A, large even margins on an extremely brittle folded lettersheet from "GIRON" to "FLORIDABLANCA" paying the the single rate for a short distance of less than 150km. The stamp is tied by a fine strike of the prephilatelic JIRON FRANCA oval handstamp in red. A rare single franking, with traces of ageing. Certificate Bortfeldt (2006). Ex Collection Fröhlich.
