    1897/1970: Accumulation of approximately 100 mainly commercial covers and postcards, beginning with a letter from the Spanish period to Switzerland. The US period is comparatively strong, with approximately thirty letters and cards, three with overprinted President Series to 3 c. From the 1930's there is a registered correspondence from the Swiss consulate to the Police department in Bern. Varied lot from this interesting area.
