    Ville D'Orléans (Ballon Monté #33) 1870: 'Mandal Mail'. Entire letter from beseiged Paris to Antwerp, Belgium with (30 centime) adhesive floated off due to immersion in sea water, struck with 'Paris / Rue De Clery' despatch cds (Nov 24, levée 5) and by framed 'PD' in red. Reverse with "EXP. MOERDIJK" Dutch cds and "Pays Bas / Par Anvers" cds's (Dec 5). Rare Maury = € 2'500.
