    1841: 1 d. red-brown on blued paper, a used example with clear to large margins all round, used on a complete example of the "Post Magazine" (number 213) mailed from London to Tattingstone near Ipswich tied by London "11" numeral obliterator in black. Reverse with London despatch cds (July 17) and Ipswich double arc cds of receipt (July 18). The "Post Magazine" contained articles this with an article on Napoleon's tomb), advertisements, space for a letter to be written and addressed, all for 1½d. A late usage of this magazine - it is far rarer to find examples used with an 1840 1 d. black than with an 1841 1 d. red.
