    1913: American Bank Note Co. Die Proof for the Bolivar 1 b. value, printed on India paper in the issued colour of slate blue, handstamped "FOR APPROVAL" and dated in manuscript "3/12/12" and signed off as "OK" on obverse, reverse with many further notes including "Restored by E. Loizeaux, March 14, 1912". A fine and very scarce Proof. Ex the Brian Moorhouse estate.
