Translation (courtesy of Dr. F.A.J. Hoogendijk, University of Leiden) "Mussius Aedmilianus, deputy prefect to Deios, prytanis (Chairman of the city council of Arsinoé)...either you have to come yourself or send another in your stead...the case concerning the appointment...for the exegete (Chairman of the Local Magistrates) Mikkalos...".
