    Russian P.O. 1830c. Large part cover to Ryazan with superb strike of the extremely rare first "YASSY" handstamp in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 35) with manuscript date (Dec 19) alongside. Large red wax seal on flap with Coat of Arms impression possibly of disinfection at Skulyany on the border. A rarity of both Russian and Romanian pre-stamp. Ex collection Sassower.
