    1850: 1 d. carmine-rose, Plate I, two single examples, positions 3 and 21, with just shaved to good margins, positions 3 with small fault at base and 21, tied to 1850 OHMS printed cover from Sydney to the Police Magistrate in Brisbane tied by barred obliterators in black. Manuscript 'Judicial Proceedings' and 'from Solicitors Office, Sydney 22 June 1850' at left, the printed conents mentioning an affidavit to be signed and returned. The reverse with circular "SYDNEY / ♚ / NEW SOUTH WALES" despatch cds (June 22) and fair only "BRISBANE / ♚ / NEW S. WALES" arrival (July 7). Cover #144 in the Ben Palmer census illustrated on page 52.
