    Bucharest 1867: 2 s. yellow, a used horizontal pair of 1867 Printed Matter entire letter to Vienna, tied by "BUCAREST" cds (July 6) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 714) - the second earliest recorded usage with the new issue in Romania and the earliest known with the 2 soldi value - with reverse showing Vienna arrival (July 7) datestamp in black.
