    Bucharest 1867: Prepaid entire letter to Wohlen, Switzerland, struck with straight line "FRANCO" and "BUCAREST" circular datestamp (June 17) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 714). '3' (kr.) in red crayon and crossed to denote prepayment (of 10 soldi, noted at lower left) with reverse showing Vienna cds (June 21) and Wohlen arrival (June 23). A scarce usage - the new 1867 "soldi" issue did not arrive at the Romanian Post Offices until July 1867.
