    DDSG / DSNC 1867: 10 kr. green, perf. 9½, a used example on circa 1868 envelope addressed from Silistria to Braila, Romania tied by Roman dated "SILISTRIA / 5 / VI" cds in blue (Tchilighirian fig. 919). An early use of this marking, untaxed on arrrival which may suggest a later usage.
