    DDSG / DSNC 1878: 10 kr. green, Type II, perf. 9½, a used example, on 1875 entire letter from Rustchuk to Galatz, Romania tied by fine strike of Roman dated "RUSTZUK / 4 / VI" circular datestamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 916) in blue. Reverse with arrival cds and charged "20" bani due in red manuscript. Adhesive crossed by file fold but a fine and extremely rare entire. Signed Herbert Bloch, Edwin Müller. Certificate O.
