    DDSG / DSNC 1866: 17 kr. red, perf. 12, a used example on 1866 cover from Rustchuck to Galatz tied by Roman dated "RUSTZUK / 28 / VII" circular datestamp in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 916) and just below oval framed Paddle Steamer handstamp "AUSTRIA / 49" also in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 286) - presumed applied only to the top cover in a batch of letters and thus of great rarity. Reverse with oval framed "GALATZ / 31 / VII" Roman dated arrival in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 809).
