    DDSG / DSNC 1863c.: Stampless Official  cover probably from Sulina or Varna addressed to Rustchuk, struck on arrival with oval framed "ANGEKOMMEN / IN / RUSTZUK / 16 SEP" arrival dastestamp in blue-black ink (Tchilinghirian fig. 913). Reverse with Rustchuk arrival datestamp. There are just two recorded covers bearing this marking, discussed in Tchilinghirian on page 518, the recorded covers (both dated 1863) belonging to Franz See and Edwin Müller respectively.
