Jan. 1900 to PEKING, on reverse TIENTSIN Dollar chop, a 4c olive JUNK single franking form HAIMENAN, an express letter from TSI-NAN Arsenal with Stamp cancelled bilingual LUCKOW, redirected from Germany to Austria, some incoming mail and three red preprinted messages. A varied interesting lot.
