    1868 (Sept 19): Circular lettersheet from Florence to Amsterdam, bearing a mixed franking of 1863 DLR 2 c. brown-red and 1865 (Jan) 'Ferro di Cavallo' 20 c. celeste in Type I, tied by fair '12' numeral obliterator with matching FIRENZE despatch cds and "P.D." handstamp alongside. Reverse with Milano transit, Baden railway ambulant and AMSTERDAM arrival (Sept 23) cds's. Cover with some wrinkles, nevertheless an exceptional usage and an elusive adhesive's combination, the item correctly franked for a printed matter up to 40 gram to the Netherlands. Signed A.
