    British P.O. 1856/64: India ½ a. blue (Gi 37), a used block of six (2 x 3) tied to 1858 cover from Pondichery to the Captain of the "Berthe" in Gobalpur tied by bold strikes of "C / 111" obliterators in black. Reverse with boxed Pondichery despatch (Nov 9), Madras transit cds (Nov 12) and framed Gopalpore arrival (Nov 20) all in red. File fold away from the adhesives, a charming and scarce cover paying the 1½ tola (~16 grams) rate.
