    1866/67: 2 pa. black on thin yellow paper (Transfer Type 2), used on wrapper band tied to front page of the MONITORUL Newspaper number 138 for June 21, 1867 addressed to a member of the Gorjiu Tribunal, tied by smudged BUCURESCI DUP'AMIADI datestamp (4/7) in black (Kiriac fig. 433) with further strike at left. Some ageing to the stamp but an exceptional and extremely rare usage - no similar item in the great collections of Tomasini, 'Cornelia' or 'Moldau'. An exhibition item of the highest calibre. Cert.
