The very rare block is in its original state without any repairs. It has some margin faults and is cut into at the bottom and at the top on the right hand stamp. The stamps are tied by a straight line AFFRANCATA and the FIURENZUOLA double circle in red. The stamps are gently cancelled with the red grid of FIURENZUOLA . On the reverse a BOLOGNA receiving mark in black is dated 25. Nov. This block is one of the largest entities of this stamps on cover. The attractive rarity is signed E. Diena.rnrnrnrn

They are tied by a clear strike of the "PARMA" barred lozenge. A red arrival "TORINO" (11. Oct.) is applied to the reverse. Due to being stuck close to the edge, the franking shows minor signs of wear, particularly the 5c. black.  A very rare mixed franking of first and third issue. The letter was despatched the day on which Duchessa Maria Luisa II was deposed and the Provisional Government installed. A fabulous letter to display the history of PARMA.
