    Manuscript Provisional 1886: 1 d. orange Revenue stamp, overprinted in manuscript diagonally reading "postage" in black ink, a used example cancelled in black by partial datestamp showing "Mar" possibly of March 1883 when the provisonals were used in Gouyave withe characteristic small 'p' in the mansucript "postage". Just seven examples are recorded thus and, as the article by W. Danforth Walker RDP enclosed with the lot states, the Fiscal stamps themselves are close to unobtainable. Cert.
