    Italian Post Offices in Tunisia 1863 (Nov 25): Triple rate Entire letter from Tunis to Genova, endorsed "Via di Palermo", bearing Sardinia 1861/63 40 c. rose-vermillion, a single adhesive and a horizontal pair, fresh colour and good embossing, tied by TUNISI 25 NOV. 63 POSTE ITALIANE cds's, another neat information strike alongside. Reverse with Palermo transit and Genova arrival (Nov 30) cds's. Some toning in the lower stamp margins, horizontal file below the stamps, nevertheless an appealing item. Cert.
