Whilst Muller, Tchilinghirian, Stephen and Tranmer speculated or tentatively indicated an Austrian Office in Lattakia, it is evident by this letter that the Austrian Lloyd used the French Office. Couple of age spots but of fine appearance and a most unusual cover.
