    Belgium 1849: 20 c. blue, Plate II, a fine used example with large margins all round but with tiny nick at top right, used on small 1850 entire letter to Fleurus tied by '83' numeral obliterator with neat 'Mons' despatch cds (March 11) alongside in red.
