'2', imperforate, Plate 1, the famous and outstanding irregular block of fifteen, positions 12 / 23-24 / 31-36 / 43-48, with large margins all round, touched only on position 12 and shaved at the top of position 32. Two small closed tears at lower left and between third and fourth stamps and a diagonal crease none of which detract from the appearance of truly magnificent multiple showing the very extensive "Third Retouch" to position 24 with scrolling, Queen's Crown and TWO PENCE all retouched, and the "First Retouch" to position 36 below, retouched either side of SOUTH and to the left of WALES, fresh and fine, large part og.
