    Crimean War 1855 (Feb 20): Stampless cover to Alton, Hampshire endorsed at top "From British Contingent, Piraeus, Greece via Marseilles", with handstruck "3" charge marking for the concessionary Military rate and faint Alton double arc cds in blue (March) of arrival. Flap missing but extremely rare from this theatre of Operations.
