    1881 (May 25): Registered cover to Naples franked by 1881/83 'Estero' 25 c. blue in a vertical pair, one short perf., tied by circular barred "235" numeral obliterator, framed "Raccomandato" below, despatch cds and italic "coi Postali Italiani". Reverse with Naples arrival cds (May 29). Rate 20 c. postage + 30 c. registration. A rare and very fine franking - the earliest known date of use of the Umberto issue in Tunisia.
