Addressed to a Captain Albigot, commander of the Frigate 'Française La Virgine' with arrival cds of Noumea on reverse (Dec 24). The cover with full and long contents, is addressed to Leopold Fournier, Naval ensign on board the 'L'Etoile' at Lagos. Fournier was to rise to Lieutenant on board the 'Galissonnière' by 1875.
