Large format envelope to which are affixed a set (14) of the unissued "Vienna Issue" of 1920, shown in the Bulat catalogue at page 148. The stamps are tied by official seals and the accompanying handwritten and typed text, dated 11 March 1921, confirms the authenticity of the issue. Seal of the Consular Section of the Ukrainian Legation in Vienna at bottom left. Imperial Russia stamp booklets for 2 r., issued in 1913 (B9 in the Standard catalogue), both incomplete. In the first booklet, 34 remaining stamps are overprinted with Kyiv IIa single handstamp applied to present tête-bêche pairs. In the second booklet, the 31 remaining stamps are overprinted with Kyiv IIgg single handstamps, inverted in each case. Both booklets are in fine condition, all the stamps unmounted mint.
