1912: Original letter (in German) from BOHDAN ZAKLINSKYJ to the editor of a philatelic journal giving detailed descriptions of "National Stamps" issued in Lemberg, Czernowitz and by the Ukrainian Radical party. Thirteen adhesives attached to the letter. The document is fragile but in excellent condition and of considerable historical interest.
