Crown, comb perf. 14 all round, lettered BC-BD, the unused horizontal pair, of fresh bright colour, each stamp overprinted SPECIMEN (Type 9) in black. Produced for the intended surcharges and unissued, the sheets were destroyed Jan 13, 1886. A lovely pair with superb large part og.
