Usage covers the period 1918/25 with some examples of Soviet use of the cards as "Blanks", but most are from the earlier period. Many items from Dr. Seichter's collection, with his notes. Soviet export licence on reverse, and on front several cachets and Mss endorsements explaining non-delivery. Money Letter from "KYIV 10.6.19" to "MOSCOW 14.6.19" franked on reverse with two copies 15 k. Imperial Arms perforated overprinted Kharkiv Type I trident and, in addition, a single copy of the 70 k. RSFSR "Kerensky Chainbreaker" stamp. A rare Ukrainian usage of this stamp during the 1919 "Red" period in Kyiv.
