    Uninsured parcel card from "CERNIGOV 19.11.18" to Kharkiv (indistinct receiver cancel 22.11.18) charged at 3 r. 50 k. at bottom left of card, franked correctly with a single copy of the 3 r. 50 k. grey and black, overprinted with Chernihiv Type II. Neat archival punch holes on a card which is unusually fresh and attractive. The stamp is rare and unpriced in the Bulat catalogue. Illustrated in Dr. Ceresa's Special Trident Issues handbook (1987) Plate CDXXVI.

    Registered (philatelic) cover locally sent at  "CERNIGOV 9.10.18", franked 50 sh. General Issue and four Postal Savings Bank 5 k. stamps, these latter overprinted on the cover with a handstamp normally used to uprate postal stationeries.  A unique item illustrated in Dr. Ceresa's Special Trident Issues handbook (1987) Plate CDXXVIII Bulat not listed.

    Group of four covers, all of which appear to have travelled, franked with a total of 21 stamps with the local overprint of Kherson in red with values to 1 r. imperforate. One cover is from Dr. Seichter's collection with his notes; the others comprise two which appear correctly franked at 35 k. and the other approximately franked at 39 k.  An interesting group.

    Money Letter sent from "KIEV 26.9.18" to "ROVNO 28.9.18" and charged at 1 r. 15 k. The franking is provided by a 30 sh. blue General Issue (equivalent to 15 k.) and 2 x 50 k. Imperial Arms perforated overprinted with Kyiv Type E in black-violet. A unique item, illustrated in Dr. Ceresa's Special Trident Issues handbook (1987, Plate CDXLII), signed Bulat BPP. Fewer than 12 examples of Kyiv E have been recorded. Provenance: Collection Dr. Seichter.

    Money Transfer Form, undeliverable and therefore undivided, sending 46 r. 45 k. from "KONSTANTINOGRAD 8.10.18" to "POLTAVA 10.10.18" and returned from there, franked 35 k. Imperial Arms perforated overprinted with the local Trident type of Konstantynohrad, well tied by the cancellation. Signed Vyrovyj. Exceptionally fine appearance and almost certainly the definitive evidence for the authenticity of this rare local type, listed but unpriced in Bulat.
