    Incoming Mail 1859/65: General issues 40 c. vermilion, two single examples (Yvert 5) used on 1868 entire letter from Saigon to Mauritius endorsed "Messag. Imps." tied by 'CCH' lozenge of dots in black. "COCHON CHINE / SAIGON" despatch cds below (May 1) in black and red 'PD', carried on Steamer "Imperatrice" to Aden and thence on the "Ermine" to Mauritius with arrival cds (June 3) on reverse.
