    Incoming Mail 1862/64: Great Britain 6 d. lilac and 1864 1 d. red pl. 85 pair, used on 1865 cover to Mauritius endorsed "per French Mail Packet from Marseilles" tied by "Dublin / 186" duplexes (Feb 6) in black. Underpaid 2d. and struck with framed "EXC. DEFICIENT POSTAGE "2" / OZ. BRITISH SHARE OF FINE "3" in black and "5" pence in manuscriopt for amount due to Mauritius. Red crayon "1" penny due to France and struck on arrival with "8d. / TO PAY" in blue. Reverse with London transit in red (Feb 7) and Mauritius arrival (June 22) in blue. Slight edgee wear but a delightful and rare cover.
