    1893 (Jan.-March): Columbian Exposition Issue, the complete used set sixteen values, all cancelled by matching central strikes of  "NEW YORK / REG." oval handstamps in black. The set with large part original gum and some values with small gum skips, the 1 c. with crease, 3 c. with corner bend, 6 c. with two blunted perfs. and $ 3 with central small thin, nevertheless a most attractive and rare matched set Scott = $ 4'750+.rn
