Luke of Beaconsfield, Victoria for proposed issue, imperforate on smooth thin white wove paper, showing a vignette of Cockatoo surrounded by lyre-bird tails inscribed "Australia" and "Postage" (twice) and perforations drawn in; with undenominated values printed in purple and in British racing green with blank value tablet (a boomerang).
