    1870: Cover sent by the administration of the coal mines in Anzin to Tournai, Belgium, bearing Siège 20 c. blue, a fresh and fine example, tied by Gros Chiffres '121' numeral lozenge, despatch "ANZIN 14 OCT. 71" cds and framed PD in red alongside. Reverse with Lille transit and TOURNAY (Oct 15, 71) arrival cds. An interesting rayon frontière cover from France to Belgium, showing a letter rate lower than the inland rate.
