    Ville D'Orléans (Ballon Monté #33) 1870: 'Mandal Mail'. Entire letter from beseiged Paris to Spa, Belgium, the (30 centime) adhesive floated off due to immersion in sea water, with 'Paris / Pl. de la Bourse' despatch cds alongside (Nov 23 / levée 3) and freamed 'PD' in red below. Backstamped at Spa (Dec 6) in black. Displays well, a fine and scarce entire. Cert. Roumet (2012).
