Meija" in red ink, rare VALOR 10 CENTAVOS on litho 50 c. green unused (signed) and 30 c. on 50 c. used (cert. PF), $ 0.30 c. on 50 c. used (signed), "30 cent." in violet on litho 10 c. yellow used, 1921 set to 5 p. green unused and a block of four 3 p. violet, 1923 30 c. on 60 c. in an unused block of four, 1923 set unused, Consular Overprints with rare handstamped "A" (Alemania) unused (3 p. and 5 p. with PF certs), machine optd.
