    1866: 20 pa. black on thick rose paper, a fine example showing the additional 'Dot' in right border meander, used on entire letter to Berlad cancelled by GALATZ / MOLDOVA datestamp (1/9) in black (Kiriac fig. 277), the stamp with large margins even though apparently separated by tearing. Repeated Galatz despatch cds at right and cover crossed in manuscript to denote pre-payment. A scarce variety on letter.
