    1863/66: 2 d. grey-green horizontal pair, 6 d. sepia and 1866 10 d. vermilion, all used on 1867 double rate cover from Kandy to Birmingham endorsed 'via Marseilles' tied by barred oval obliterators in black. KANDY / FREE cds in red at left (April 29) and reverse with GALLE / PAID cds in red and Birmingham arrival cds (May 27) in black. A spectacular and attractive three colour franking. Cert.
